The Crystal Customs Edge Pt. 1: Revolutionary Brighter RGBW LED Gear

Here at crysalcustoms we spend a large amount of time developing new procedures and the next generations of products The following series will show some of the technology and procedures that we have developed.

In late 2022 we started to design a new style of led gear that was based on a newer led architecture that was created.1.5 years later we perfected and implemented it into our diffused LED builds. Without saying too much - it fully revolutionised how we do our builds and what is possible. The old gold-standard LED products that nearly all builders use are typcially succeptable to the same issues:

• Low reliability - easily damaged by voltage spikes and current issues.

• Lower brightness when placed behind a diffuser.

• Drops in voltage and current over longer wire runs that can be important for certain build where wire management is needed (making reliability an increased issue as well).

Our new technology does away with most of these issues.

• It also runs 150-250% brighter then prior LED technologies and silicone tube technology. Allowing us to have much brighter tech then the competition. As such we can illuminate much more complex diffusers successfully.

• There is no current bottle neck and the power is more robust so It is able to stay stable at lower temperaturs over longer wire runs.

• Able to withstand higher temperatures that are compounded by the increased brightness

  We do not typically sell this tech to other companys (unless otherwise stated) so you will always know when a set of lights have been built by us by the tech inside.
